PRODUCT MANAGER (PHARMA)
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
Develop, implement and be accountable for product marketing plans which optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.

Major Accountabilities

* Develop an effective marketing plan in line with MPH (Marketing Powerhouse) standards and sector strategy.
* Develop, implement tactical marketing program in line with marketing plan and meet the corporate standard.
* Communicateeffectively within the organisation to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key people and the achievement of product objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support current and future product objectives.
* Be recognised as the “Product Champion” by developing and continuously updating knowledge and therapy, product, competitors and market.
* Anticipate future trends and it’s impact in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product.
* Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly.
* Drive for Market Share Growth for individual products.


Key Performance Indicators

* Sales vs. Budget.
* Expense vs.Budget.
* Quality of product plan and it’s implementation.
* Knowledge levelof the company’s and competitors’ product(s).
* Consistency and adherence to detailing message.
* Brand awareness with target doctors.
* Quality of relationship with key opinion leaders.
* Quality of product sales forecasting e.g. (degree of accuracy of forecast market share/market share growth).
* Inventoryof stock levels not to exceed target limits.
* Cost effectiveness of Marketing resource (ROI).
* Integrationof cross-function and external party eg: medical/health-economical/regulatory input into product plans.


Ideal Background

* Education : (minimum / desirable) University degree in medical related.
* Languages : English (written and spoken).
* Experience : Product manager or Associate Product Manager or a minimum experience of 2 years in Sales
Representative in medical center or Clinical Research or related Marketing Services or Sales Manager.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Product Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Pharma.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
