ACCOUNTANT (INDONESIA)
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a capable, energetic individual with a "can do" attitude to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. The incumbent will be reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for managing the day to day financial reporting of the company. This encompasses preparation of financial reports, maintaining accounting records and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements of various entities. In addition, he/she will be responsible for cash flow management and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:


* Responsible for timely preparation of management, financial and other reports.
* Responsible for integrity of the balance sheet, all provisions are supported by analysis and accounts are reconciled monthly.
* Support and manage external statutory audit and tax audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments.
* Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with Group policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
* Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
* Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operations.
* Ensure that the business meets all Group, local statutory, local tax and business control requirements and policies.

Requirements:

* Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications
* Possess computerized accounting software knowledge. Knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Good Interpersonal skills
* Pro-active approach, capable of working on own initiative.
* Have the ability to communicate at all levels
* Highly analytical
