Responsibilities:
* Convert hot leads given by the bank staff, visit customers office / residence and facilitate end to end policy management [product pitch to policy document] for the customer
* Build and leverage on relationships with various bank branch employees in an attempt to maximise lead generation opportunities
* Periodic business update on all the leads passed on to him by the various stakeholder. This would include proposal logged, issued, cancelled, pending, etc.
* Service all customers sourced through the branch for all financial and non - financial endorsement
* Work closely with the bank staff help in the lead generation process by conceptualizing and implementing various customer events and promotions
* Ensure that the branches have all relevant marketing collaterals [application forms, brochures, illustrations, banners, sales aids] at all times
Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor degree.
* Min. 1 year working experience in selling Life Insurance product.
* Have deep knowledge in Unit Link, Individual Insurance, bancassurance, etc.
* English mastering is a must, Mandarin is advantage.
* Indonesian citizen
* Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* High on performance orientation
