Claim Officer
Responsibilities:
* To conduct claim survey (all LOB) and arrange claim survey reports in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company.
* To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure.
* To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims.
* To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement.
* To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.
Requirements:
* Male, maximum age 35 years old;
* Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
* Minimum experience 2 years in handling claim MV and Non-MV;
* Understanding the process and procedure claim in General Insurance Company;
* Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
* Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
* Proficient in English both oral & written;
* Able to work under-pressure;
* Home based in MEDAN.
