Responsibilities:

* Responsible for handling all personnel-related inquires from the assigned business unit and to tackle them properly
* To assist in industrial relation
* To implement administration matters using SAP system: leave, medical, hospitalization, timesheet, overtime, and employee database for employees of the assigned Business Unit
* To handle business trips administration domestic and abroad for local employee
* To handle soft loan agreement
* To assist in recruitment administration
* To assist in leadership, development and co-operation administration

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance from reputable university
* At least 2 years experience in administration matters
* Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
* Familiar in SAP system applications or other HRIS
* Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
* Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation
* Good personnel process and consulting skills
* Good working attitude and good interpersonal skill
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
