One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:Logistic Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Act as Loading Master for Coal transshipment
* Supervise Port Operational for Kalimantan Area
* Stock opname raw material /finish product in warehouse
* Monitoring regulation issues from production and commercial departments
* Control and Monitoring with ADPEL (KPLP,SYAHBANDAR) PELINDO ; AGENT SHIPPING and BEA CUKAI to import Coal
* Monitoring Shipping Management of Coal import from Horizon & Senoko
* Supervise and Monitoring Schedule Jetty Master of PPIC
* Loading Master and Supervision of Quality Gas Oil and Chemical PPIC + Logistic, Warehouse
* Monitoring Our Fleet Transportation (Land Tranportation and sea transportation) MSDS, Tech Inform, Product Spec, Analysis Method, SOP
* Leader WCM & HSE (ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + OHSAS 18001).
* Leader HSE (SMK3/K3), TPM, TQM, TQC, KAIZEN, 5S, GMP.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from any related field
* Have a deep understanding using transshipment
* Coordinate with transshipment and vessel agent for smoothen transshipment process
* Controlling coal logistics administration process
* Willing to travel
* Understand operational port
* Have a good relationship with Syahbandar, Adpel, Comdev matters related to shipping
