Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
* Having AAAIK Certificate is advantage
* Having experience min 5 years in General Insurance Company
* Good marketing track record
* Practice, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
* Good managerial and leadership skills to achieve the business goals
* Willing to work under pressure and target
* Having the ownership, responsibility and accountability
* Honest, innovative and communicative
* Good communication skills in English, oral as well as written
* Willing to be placed in Surabaya
