HRD RECRUITMENT STAFF (CODE : REC)
As our HRD Recruitment Staff you will sssist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement) , responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee, lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system, identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants. This position is based in Kudus.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor in Psychology from reputable university, with GPA more than 3.0.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience
* Male / Female max 30 years
* Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process
* Good analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
* Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
MARKETING TRAINEE (MT)
As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team.
In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies dan distribution channels.
At the end of the training, you will be well-equiped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor or Master Degree in any major
* 3.0 GPA or higher
* Fast learner, self – driven and out-going
* Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work

INTERNATIONAL SALES – MARKETING STAFF / OFFICER (CODE : IS)
The role of International Sales Marketing is assisting Sales Manager to manage and develop International Sales (Export) business, including managing relationships with client, managing sales, analyzing market, marketing plan and execution. This position is based in Jakarta.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor or Master degree in in any major from reputable university, with GPA more than 3.0. Overseas graduated would be preferred.
* Male. Maximum 28 years old.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/marketing, preferably with FMCG industry experiences.
* Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Skill in other languages is an advantage.
* Able to work in team, good communication skill, possess analytical skills, result-oriented, composure under pressures.
* Travel overseas is required.
