Bank Ekonomi had, a network of branches and sub-branches as many as 92 offices in 27 cities, such as: Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bogor, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Solo, Kudus, Yogyakarta, Surabaya,
Sidoarjo, Malang, Medan, Rantau Prapat, Batam, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Louth, Bandar Lampung, Makassar, Manado, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Samarinda, and Denpasar.
The bank continues to support its customers, with the addition of a current branch network spread across 27 cities including the opening of branches of the latter in Manado, Louth, and the Holy bringing the total number of branches to 92 branches.

Currently the Bank has succeeded in improving the service economy with On Line System to all branches and the provision of ATM facilities scattered throughout strategic locations. The bank also works closely with the ALTO and ATM networks ATM networks as well as Debit PRIMA PRIMA. The bank also provides phone banking and internet banking. All of which were addressed to the satisfaction of customers of Bank Ekonomi.
