- Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Banjarmasin (Kalimantan Selatan), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities
- Provide the best service to customers
- Serving new accounts opening, ATM card replacement, etc.
- Provide an appropriate description of the company products
- Listen and give solution to the customer complaint
Requirements
- Male/ female maximum 26 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Attractive, communicative and persuasive
- Computer literate
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Thorough, energetic and willing to work hard
- Able to speak English and Mandarin will be advantages
- Experienced as bank customer service prefered
