ID_Packaging Engineer (Job Number: 110001V2)
Responsibility: Manage capital investment project for filling and packing machineries which part of Karawang Project.
Primary Activities:
- Ensure implementation and start up phases of capital investment projects on manufacturing site and also follow the project based on nestle standards
- Manage contacts with suppliers, technical support at Swiss head office
- Prepare specification and tender documents, review offers, selects suppliers, prepare implementation plans, manage installation, commissioning, training of staff and hand-over to operations team
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- 4-6 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Experience and knowledge in factory operation and soft pack filling machines (VFFS, HFFS) and packing lines for powdered products.
- Ability to manage people, align and mobilize stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
In charge of all SHE aspects at site as well as SHE reviews of equipment design. Prepared to assume the role of SHE Manager in the factory.
Primary activities
- Direct and coordinate development and implementation of site SHE strategy & program – to achieve zero accidents
- Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies, and requirements related to SHE. Ensure compliance with SHE related legal requirements. Develop & sustain local network
- Implement, control, maintain and improve site SHE management system
- Provide coaching & support to all stakeholders at site to achieve SHE objectives
- Champion the site’s risk assessment program, including incident investigation & corrective action
- BSc or MSc in engineering or SHE
- 10 years at level of SHE Manager in a medium to large size company
- Experience in food industry is a plus
- Fluent in English

Primary Activities:
- Develop sampling itinerary in coordination with local sales team, ensuring that the itinerary fits the Business objectives while in the same time accommodating support to the sales team
- Manages materials used for sampling operations such as FGR, Cups, POP making sure that there is sufficient stock to conduct the activity
- Coordinates activities to stakeholders to ensure flawless execution. This includes coordination of stock availability in stores
- Identifies Sponsorship Opportunity within the area
- Dealing and Negotiations with third parties (Private / Government) on sponsorship matters to support activities according to the guidelines given from Consumer Activation Executive
- Ensures achievement of Sponsorship KPI's such as number of sponsorship conducted, Sampling Contacts during sponsorship activity, selling achievement, and Media Value
- Manages appointed agency that includes briefing, day to day monitoring and coaching
