Area Operations Manager (AOM)
Requirements:
* Male / female, max. 38 years, Education min. S-1 with a GPA Min.3.00 all departments of leading universities
* Work experience min. 5 years in the Operation, preferably from Finance company background
* Responsible for the operational branch of the Compliance, Monitoring and improving productivity in the branch of Back Office
* Responsible for monitoring and improving service value, service level and service compliance
* Responsible for monitoring customer complaints and ensure repairs related branch
* Have good communication skills and can work in teams, can demonstrate leadership ability and persuasive. Having a logical conceptual thinking, analytical, and strategic
* Have knowledge of operational and business systems that run at branch and have a firm understanding of the rules and procedures
