Health Claims & Provider Relation

Responsibilities:

* Towards developing and maintaining good relationship with Bintang Medical Service Providers and Clients;
* Analyze health claims from Providers and clients
* Handling complaints from clients and providers
* Maintain and improve service standard in claims processing
* Assist in member socialization to Bintang Medical clients

Requirements:

* Male or Female, max age 35 years old;
* S1 Medical doctor from reputable university;
* Preferably 1 year experience in similar position (Preferred those who have experience in Health Claims and/or Provider Relation);
* Able to negotiate and maintain relationship with providers;
* Excellent presentation & communication skill;
* Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in team environment;
* Good Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and is a must;
* Proficient in English both oral & written;
* Willing to travel outside of town.
